Maternity Leave
(I’ll miss you!)
As many of you know, we are anticipating the arrival of our new baby at the end of January. I won’t be seeing clients or teaching classes for the upcoming future but I’m happy to offer a couple of options in my absence.
Kana will be coming from Taiwan to help with the arrival of our new little one and to cover my practice for a number of weeks in February/March. She will email with more details on scheduling. Continue to watch for online classes with Kana in the new year.
If you are in Regina and would like to work one to one with a somatic movement practitioner I recommend Caitlin Coflin for private lessons and group classes. Her work is rooted in Bartenieff Fundamentals with a strong knowledge of the Itcush Method exercises and theories. If you’re looking to review your program or revamp your movement practice you can get in touch with her through her website – www.caitlincoflinsomaticmovement.com
I encourage you to continue checking out Dance Core and other classes at www.newdancehorizons.ca and ongoing Feldenkrais offerings by my friend and colleague Johanna Bundon.
Although I’ll be on maternity leave please feel free to reach out with any questions, I might take a while to respond but I’m always happy to hear from you!
