2026

Spring is arriving, and I’m excited to share a few things unfolding this season as I settle back into my private practice after baby Imogen (now a very opinionated toddler).

Registration is open for our annual Itcush Method intensive with New Dance Horizons—our 12th year teaching in this vibrant somatics festival.

Kana and I are offering a 5-Day Intensive and an Exercise Breakdown class. These tend to fill quickly, so early registration is recommended. Drop-in spots may open closer to the start date

Kana and I have begun developing a teacher training pathway for the Itcush Method. This will begin with a prerequisite Foundations Workshop planned for later this year, alongside a series of community conversations as we shape the training together.

We’re actively working on this now—more information coming soon.

It’s a new step for us, and we’re moving slowly and thoughtfully as we respond to growing interest in learning, teaching, and sharing this work.

Best, Ashley
