I’m excited to announce the
Fifth Annual Itcush into Dance Intensive,
taking place August 30 – September 1, 2025 in Regina.
This year, I’ll be co-teaching with Kana, allowing us to offer both one-to-one guidance and group instruction throughout the workshop. Please feel free to pass this along to anyone who might be interested!

What to Expect
We’ll use the Itcush Method repertoire for rehabilitation and recovery – a somatic approach to dancing. We explore complex patterns on the floor, in standing, and with a small stool. Each day will include improvisation, moments of physical rigour, and spaciousness for stillness and integration.
Scholarship Opportunity
We’re offering one full work-study scholarship in exchange for light support tasks (cleaning, writing, etc.). To apply, send a short paragraph outlining your interest and financial need by July 25.

Geared towards intermediate to advanced movers with previous Itcush into Dance or equivalent experience
