taking place September 5-7, 2026 in Regina.
This year, I’ll be co-teaching with Kana, allowing us to offer both one-to-one guidance and group instruction throughout the workshop!

What to Expect
We’ll use the Itcush Method repertoire for rehabilitation and recovery – a somatic approach to dancing. We explore complex patterns on the floor, in standing, and with a small stool. Each day will include improvisation, moments of physical rigour and stillness, discussion and teaching on embodied anatomy.
